| If
you want your
wedding to reflect the Celtic Soul, you might think about walking up
the aisle to the sound of the Irish Uilleann Pipes. Mine were made
especially for ceremony, known as a 'flat' set with a sweeter
tone than any you might have heard before. They have only ever been
played for weddings,
spiritual occasions and at sacred sites throughout Ireland and beyond. I also play the ancient wire harp. The oldest harp in existence (circa. 1370) is on display at Trinity College Dublin. Mine is a replica and strung with gold, silver and brass which produces very distinctive bell like tones. If you'd also like to hear some of your wedding music played on a classical flute and yet more on the traditional flute or tin whistle, I do that too. ![]() I've been playing wedding music for many years and can help you choose music that has a special meaning for both of you. As to the kind of music, air, hymn or song, I've plenty of suggestions. Give me a call, I'd love to help make your day a unique experience.
